Return & Refund Policy

At Aramun Tours & Travels, refunds are subject to the cancellation and refund rules of the relevant visa authority, tour operator, or other service provider.

• Any applicable service charge, processing fee, government fee, airline charge, hotel charge, or third-party fee may be deducted from the refundable amount.
• Visa approval or rejection is determined solely by the relevant embassy or authority, and applicable visa/embassy fees may be non-refundable.
• Tour package refunds will follow the respective supplier's cancellation policy.
• Duplicate or excess payments will be refunded after verification.
• Once a refund is approved, the eligible refund amount will be processed within 7 to 10 working days.
• Refunds will normally be made through the original payment method used by the customer.
