• Air ticket booking & hotel reservation
• Visa processing & travel documentation
• Transportation and travel insurance support

• All bookings must be made through our official channels such as website, office, or authorized agents.
• A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.
• Final confirmation depends on airline, hotel, or third-party availability.
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings if required by circumstances beyond our control.

💳 4. Payments & Charges

• Customers must pay according to the agreed terms, either advance or full payment.
• Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, Mobile Financial Services such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, card, or cash.
• All prices are subject to change due to airline fare fluctuations, hotel rates, currency changes, or government tax revisions.
• Service charges and processing fees are non-refundable.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Customer-Initiated Cancellation: Refunds depend on airline, hotel, or service provider policies.
• Company-Initiated Cancellation: Full or partial refunds will be provided where possible.
• Visa fees, service charges, and processing costs are strictly non-refundable.
• Refund processing time may vary from 15–45 working days depending on third-party regulations.

6. Travel Documents & Responsibility

• Passengers are responsible for ensuring valid passports, visas, health certificates, and other travel documents.
• We are not responsible for refusal of boarding, immigration delays, or denial of entry due to incomplete or incorrect documents.
• Customers must comply with local and international travel laws.

🛡️ 7. Health, Safety & Insurance

• Travelers are advised to carry travel insurance covering medical, accident, loss, or theft.
• The company is not liable for injury, illness, accidents, natural calamities, or events beyond its control.
• Customers must inform us of any medical conditions that may affect their travel.

8. Code of Conduct

Customers agree to:

• Behave respectfully during tours and follow guide or instructor instructions.
• Abide by the laws and customs of Bangladesh and the destination country.
• Avoid any unlawful, harmful, or offensive conduct.

• We act as an intermediary between customers and airlines, hotels, transport companies, and government bodies.
• We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, overbooking, strikes, accidents, political unrest, natural disasters, or acts of God.
• Our liability is limited only to the value of the service purchased from us.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website including text, images, logo, and packages is the property of Aramun Tours & Travels and protected under copyright laws.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
