Egypt Tourist Visa Document Requirements

Documents Needed for Business Owners

  • Passport valid for at least six (6) months from the date of entry into Egypt with at least two (2) blank pages.
  • All previous passports, if applicable.
  • Two recent passport-size photographs, size 35 × 45 mm.
    • White background.
    • Matte paper and lab printed.
    • No sunglasses, cap, T-shirt, or white clothing.
    • Women should have both ears and forehead visible.
  • Original personal bank statement for the last six (6) months.
  • Original Bank Solvency Certificate with bank seal and signature.
  • Recommended bank balance of BDT 600,000 per person.
  • TIN Certificate.
  • Income Tax Certificate and latest Income Tax Return, if available.
  • Marriage Certificate or Nikah Nama in English and notarized, if married.
  • National ID Card or Birth Certificate.
  • Updated Trade License, including the original Bangla version with QR code, notarized and translated.
  • Certificate of Incorporation.
  • Updated Memorandum and Articles of Association, including shareholder pages.
  • Business bank statements and Business Solvency Certificate for the last six (6) months, if available.
  • BIN Certificate.
  • Income Tax Certificates and Income Tax Returns for the last three (3) years.

  • Guarantee Letter from the inviting company.
  • Business Registration Certificate of the inviting company.
  • Guarantee Letter confirming accommodation and other expenses, if the Egyptian company is covering the expenses.
