Documents Needed for Job Holders

• Passport with at least seven (7) months’ validity from the intended date of entry into Hong Kong.
• Travel history for the last thirty-six (36) months, up to three (3) records.
• Previous travel photos.
• Previous travel history details: Country name, entry date, exit date, and purpose of visit.
• Two recent passport-size photographs, 40 × 55 mm, with white background.
• Sunglasses, caps, T-shirts, white dresses, and head coverings that obscure the ears are not permitted.
• Female applicants must ensure both ears are visible.
• Bank statements for the last six (6) months with the bank’s seal and authorized signature.
• Bank Solvency Certificate.
• TIN Certificate, if available.
• Income Tax Certificate and Income Tax Return for the previous tax year, if available.
• Marriage certificate, if applying with family.
• No Objection Certificate (NOC).
• Copy of office ID card, both sides.
• Salary slips for the last three (3) months or salary certificate.
• Visiting card.
• Government Order for government employees or official passport holders.
• BMDC Certificate for doctors.
• BAR Council Certificate for lawyers.

• Trade License in English and notarized.
• Visiting card.
• Incorporation Certificate / MOA / AOA.
• Company letterhead.
• Business contract or agreement.

Documents Needed for Students

• Pay the Processing Fee: Confirm your application by paying our standard processing fee.
• Receive Your eVisa: Once approved by the Hong Kong Immigration Department, your eVisa will be sent to your email. A printed copy will also be available for collection at our office.
